Comme vous le savez, depuis un mois 400 comptes ont été bannis sur CnC3, or lors du dernier nettoyage, Apoc a visiblement agit vite en disqualifiant LASERPEWPEWPEW dont un des sous-comptes paraissait bizarre. Je vous épargne les détails car c'est encore assez flou pour moi surtout que l'age de ce joueur est en dessous de la limite de 13 ans imposé par le tournoi... Apoc donne donc une nouvelle chance à LASERPEWPEWPEW de laver totalement ses fautes passées en affrontant le 9ème joueur du Top STEFROS (qui s'est retrouvé qualifié suite à la disqualification de LASERPEWPEWPEW). L'issu de ce match déterminera qui sera le 8ème qualifié et ce qu'il adviendra des comptes de LASERPEWPEWPEW. However, due to your past actions, there must be something fair done. LASERPEWPEW, you are lucky your account was not banned before the ladder season began. Admitting to 40 disconnects is pretty bad, for that, I am keeping Scrinnator and every other sub-account closed but your LASERPEWPEW account. I will work to re- open your LASERPEWPEWPEW account. I will also work to allow you to continue playing on the ladder. However, because of your past disconnect history, regardless if it happened before the ladder season, here is what we are going to do: -You have admitted to disconnecting 40+ times before the ladder season, you also have a very inappropriate Avatar, and many of your actions here on our forums have been immature and uncool. For these reasons alone, I agree with the community about your status as a very questionable player for the ladder season. -Stefros was next in line to qualify had we caught on to you beforehand. Therefore, I am calling a special match between YOU and STEFROS to determine who gets the 8th spot in the 1st round. It will be a best of 3 on Small Town USA, which I will observe (with anyone else who'd like to watch via BattleCast). - If YOU win, then you will retain your qualifying spot for the end of season tournament. However, your account LASERPEWPEW will still be reset to the bottom of the 1v1 ladder for your past actions. -If YOU lose, and Stefros wins, Stefros will take the 8th qualifying spot. YOU will still be reset on the 1v1 ladder and be allowed to climb back up, if you can. There are still two qualifying rounds left, so you'd have time, especially given that you are a good player. -This match will not impact Stefros's current ladder rank or future qualifying status. It is a special match for the 1st round qualifier 8th spot. -If you are caught disconnecting or cheating on your LASERPEWPEWPEW account in the future whether you win or lose this match, this account will be banned. -I am also asking you to please change your Forum Avatar to somethine non-offensive. I feel there needed to be a reciprocative effect which is fair to you and also reprehensible for your past disconnect actions and treatment of others here on our forums. The community has a very good point, but I am also giving you a second chance which will also showcase how good of a player you really are. If you and Stefros agree, please accept this challenge right here in this thread and I will set it up within the next two days via e-mail with the both of you. The community at large will be invited to watch via BattleCast. This sounds fair to me on both sides. You get a second chance to earn your spot, and Stefros gets a shot to take your qualifying spot. Sur le forum officiel, répondant à une pétition, Apoc annonce qu'il ne faudra pas attendre la sortie de Kane's Wrath pour le patch 1.10 des Guerres du Tibérium. La sortie du patch est prévu pour la fin de la session en cours du tournoi cnc3, soit en janvier 2008. D'ici là l'équipe d'EALA va travailler sur les stats et les données issues de la mise en ligne du patch 1.09. Ils n'ont encore aucune idée de modifs et seront attentifs aux remarques positives ou négatives sur le patch 1.09. Patch 1.10 will be released before Kanes Wrath ships in 2008 =) Right now, the current plan is to coincide the next patch with the beginning of the next ladder season, so ideally a January time-frame. If between now and then we find there are some emergency issues to fix, we will. As of right now, Patch 1.09 is extremely young, its being recieved well, and its good to see healthy balance debating. I expect these debates to evolve as new strategies arise. Its far too early to even consider a patch, there needs to be space and time to grow and we can't throw another wrench in to the ladder season either. That is the current plan at the moment, its not set in stone, and again, if we deem something emergency (like an exploit), then we will fix it. But as of right now, I do not have any patch 1.10 notes, just starting to feel out what you guys like and dislike. Thanks, APOC

d'apres Apoc dépasser la quinzaine de déco est vraiment vraiment très rare donc dépasser les 100 décos c'est clairement du cheat

Cette nuit, alors que c'est encore le week-end, Apoc est revenu sur le forum officiel pour donner quelques infos supplémentaires sur la surveillance du jeu online. - Bien entendu tout cheat est puni, pour cela EA a quand même besoin d'un replay pour s'assurer du cheat. - Toute personne qui a plus de 100 déco est automatiquement suspecte et la suppression de ses sous-comptes aura toujours lieu. S'il s'agit de la première fois, elle pourra revenir créer un sous-compte. - Les logs du chat sont lus et toutes les insultes sont maintenant revelées (je vais voir avec apoc si le français peut être aussi surveillé). En cas d'abus là aussi sanction car Apoc veut que l'ambiance sur le jeu reste bonne. I am not sold on the fact that LASERPEWPEWPEW, i.e. Scrinnator is not a disconnector. I do however admit that I did make a mistake in the banning because of the the letter mis-hap. I didn't realize the difference between the 0 and the O. I am going to look in to this on Monday. Scrinnator, you act very immature on these forums and you have disconnected before, so whether or not you don't when you play as LASERPEWPEWPEW, doesn't matter. Any player is responsible for ALL of their sub-account names. If you mess up on one of them, it will definitely affect your others. So you can't disconnect on one, and not on the other, and expect to be scot-free and safe from the IRON FIST. I want everyone to understand a few things here: -we can't stop EVERYONE from disconnecting and its very tough to ban someone or kick them from the ladder based on one person's word alone. That is why we need evidence or a replay. I understand Brazy has 109 disconnects, I'll look in to his name on Monday. Anyone with 100+ disconnects is very suspect. I guarantee they have disconnected AT LEAST once. I look more at frequency than I do at individual occurrences. -if you are flagged as a constant disconnector, you should expect all of your sub-accounts to be closed. I apologize in advance, but we need zero tolerance. You can still go create another new account, but your old names are history. If its a first warning, we will just kick you from the ladder and you can go back again. Most people who we take action against are getting the "double strike" warning first. Meaning, all sub- accounts closed and kicked from the ladder on those names. These are people who have either been caught cheating or have large disconnect amounts and many complaints against them. -SPAMMING in the in-game lobby, say CASUAL1 can get you a serial key ban. We are looking at chat logs daily and some people who were out of hand last week are going to get a nice closure on their account come Monday. Its unacceptable, its detrimental to all players, and its just as bad as cheating. This is one area that we will have little patience for. I have been reading chat logs from last week with players saying some extremely offensive phrases and spamming the lobby's with them. Unacceptable. I strongly advise if you want to keep playing online, do not spam the game lobby. I don't think anyone here feels we are being too vigilant. For a long time you guys have complained that we didn't take action, and you were correct in the past. But now that we are, we are taking this very seriously and are intent on keeping the game clean and fun and fair as much as possible. Especially the ladder season. As a Community Manager, its my job to keep the community a friendly place for all. We cannot grow the community or get more people playing C&C 3 online for example if disconnectors and cheaters can get away with it and people can spam the lobby's and not have action taken against them. The same applies here to the forums. It's the only way people get the message that it's not ok. If you cannot respect our community culture here and can't be cool and friendly, or cannot play the game without taking your loss like a man or have to cheat to win, then you should de-install the game before we do it for you =)...and let us enjoy our community and game without an unnecessary nuisance. Sorry for the rant, I just want people to know that this issue is pretty much at the top of my list right now. Cheers, APOC

la cause la plus frequente pour ce type de prob c'est que tu as plusieurs lecteurs cd/dvd/graveur sur ton ordi... ou que tu joue sur XP pour le premier prob il suffit de mettre le dernier patch du jeu, si tu as les jeux fr tu trouveras les patchs sur ce site si tu as une autre version dis le moi et je trouverai les derniers patchs. si tu joue sur XP mais le jeu en compatibilité 98.
