Problème avec la version AR3 Steam (MAJx2)

Recommended Posts

Copies of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 downloaded from Steam over the holidays came without serial numbers, rendering it impossible to play the real-time strategy game online.

"The Red Alert 3 Steam issue has been quickly resolved"

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

The issue which was causing users to be unable to play Steam purchases of Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3 online should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing this problem, please take the following steps:

-If you are running in Windows Vista or Windows 7, please completely exit Steam, and right-click on the shortcut which you use to launch Steam and select "Run as Administrator."

-If you are running in Windows XP, take the following steps:

1) Exit Steam.

2) Go to the "Start" menu, select "Run", type "regedit" and click "OK".

3) Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\VALVE

4) Right click and select "Permissions"

5) Check the boxes for "Admin" and "System" to "Full control" and "Read".

Please verify the GCF for this game:

If you have any further questions, or this message did not pertain to your issue, please update your ticket and we will be happy to assist you further.

Cordialement,
